I received this from Comcast today in response to an email where I stated I would drop Comcast and seek other options if they did not include the ACCN. Doesn't say much.
"My name is Frank from the Office of Tom Karinshak. Thank you for taking the time to write to us. I understand that you have questions regarding the ACC Network and whether or not Comcast is going to carry it when it launched. I can understand your concerns and we definitely do not want to lose you as customer. I will be happy to assist you.
Here at Comcast, we value any feedback we receive regarding the service we provide to our customers. We are always looking for ways to add more variety to our channel lineup and are always working with different networks to bring their channels to our service. At this time, we do not have any announcements regarding the ACC Network but we do take suggestions from our customers into consideration and I will forward your feedback to the proper department.
